We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products.  We will gladly exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt, except for special orders.  There will be no exchanges or refunds after 15 days.  If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send us an email first and then return it to us at our post office box.  We do not have mail delivery to our street address and it will be returned to you.

Be sure to include your name, address and a telephone number or email address in case we need to contact you.  We do not pay shipping costs for exchanges.   You will be billed through Paypal for additional shipping which must be paid prior to sending out an exchange request.  If requesting a refund, please be advised that we do not refund shipping costs.  

We make every effort to fill and ship orders promptly.   We only ship Monday - Friday.  Unfortunately, we have no control over the US Postal Service and have no way of knowing how long your it will take for you to receive your order.  Generally speaking, depending where you live, we estimate priority shipping takes between 7 to 14 days to receive.  Occasionally we have seen packages arrive in 4 or 5 days, so be patient.   In the past, several packages have been lost in shipping from Hawaii.  Our mail service sometimes is not the greatest.  We therefore will ship all orders with delivery confirmation.  We cannot be responsible for orders lost in shipping by the post office but will be happy to provide delivery confirmation number for tracking upon request.
